Merry Christmas 2008!!

Hundreds of pictures were taken over Christmas Eve/Christmas.... I printed almost 100, so narrowing down just a few to post was a daunting task!

Christmas Eve, started out with a phone call from Uncle Greg.

Look, He's actually talking on the phone!

Decorating Cookies for Santa

Getting started on the fun stuff

Now he can play football at home too, not just at school.

We got Cassidy this really cool register. It has provided hours of entertainment!

Brandon had been dying for these new books. He couldn't wait. We took a 20 min break from opening so he could do some reading.

Cassidy got her pretty pink camera! Can you tell she was excited?

Brandon was happy to pose for the first picture.

Perfection was a big hit. Brandon took the first turn...

Then Cassidy gave it a try.

Dad gave it a good try, he almost had it.

Mom went last, but finished with time to spare!

CHRISTMAS MORNING
Brandon was up bright and early to see what Santa brought

Cool, the Mad Scientist Bubble Lab that I was hoping for!

Very complicated to assemble and get working, but seemingly worth the effort.

At 9:15, (over 2 hours after everyone else) we finally woke up Little Miss Sunshine.

She was not disappointed!

Of course breakfast is the best time of the day to bake brownies.

This is why Cassidy gets to eat all her own treats.

All dressed and ready for round 2

Cassidy, very excited about a fuzzy pink shirt with sparklies!

Brandon got a new warm sweatshirt and Mouse Trap... he is a happy boy.

Uh Oh, Clear the afternoon... he got more books.

I bet Grandma is regretting agreeing to be a "patient" right about now.

I once caught a fish THIS big..... no, seriously, I have no idea what she was talking about. :)

Hours later... it's still fun!

OOOHHH there's a round 3!! Brandon is happy with his first gift.

Cassidy, being a ham inbetween gifts

Cassidy showing off her necklace from her new Make Your Own Candy Jewelry Kit.

We stayed home this year and the kids had so much fun opening and playing with everything right away... staying up late, and doing things casually all day long. It was so nice to see them really enjoying it all. :)
